OK, I’ve joined the 21st century. VeggieTalk will present a variety of musings, info, and opinions on all things vegetarian and vegan, from health issues, to travel and restaurants, to what I made for dinner the night before, and more. Thanks for your kind thoughts, Geraldine. I honestly never think I do enough. Like everyone else, I struggle against time. I wish I had more time to draw and do personal artwork, especially. So alas, I have no secrets. But if I think of anything, I’ll let you know!
